1) Install

Manual: extract webrtc_vst.vst3 from the zip.

Install path: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Common\VST3\.
2) REAPER Setup

Open Options > Preferences > Plug-ins > VST.

Ensure path includes %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Common\VST3.

Click Re-scan (or Clear cache/re-scan).
3) Play Mode (Receive Audio)

Add plugin to a track and set mode to Play.

Enter Stream ID (example: wBYPUKL).

Enable track monitor, confirm REAPER meter activity.
4) Seed Mode (Publish Audio)

Set mode to Seed.

Set a Stream ID and play audio on that track.

Open your VDO.Ninja viewer URL and confirm audio arrives.
Troubleshooting
Plugin not visible
Rescan VST3 in REAPER and confirm plugin path is correct.
No audio in Play mode
Confirm Stream ID and Password match publisher settings exactly.
No audio in Seed mode
Confirm track has signal and the stream is being viewed remotely.
