This tool helps you create custom Look-Up Tables (LUTs) for color correction in applications like OBS, based on a photo of a color reference chart.
The process involves these steps:
First, define the layout of your color reference chart:
This configuration defines how your color chart is laid out and how much border to ignore when analyzing each color block.
Templates are saved to your browser's local storage.
Define the RGB values for each color in your reference chart. These are the "correct" colors that your camera should capture.
At minimum, you should include white, gray, and black. Adding other colors will improve the results.
Upload a photo of your color reference chart taken with your camera under the lighting conditions you wish to create your LUT for.
Make sure the photo is well-lit and the entire color chart is visible and not distorted.
Extract colors from your photo and create the color transformation.
Upload a test image to see how the color transformation affects it, and make adjustments if needed.
Generate and download your custom LUT file.
